Mike has held positions of increasing responsibility in both the public and private sectors over the past 25 years.  He came to MotivAction in 2000 from Jostens, Inc. where he held Division Controller and Director of Reporting and Analysis positions. He has an Accounting degree from the Carlson School of Management and a MBA from the University of Saint Thomas.
