President and Chief Operating Officer

Joe joined MotivAction in 2008 and is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan, along with building a company culture that will help maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.

Joe spent the first 21 years of his career with Solutran, a leading third party payment processor offering solutions to many of the nation’s largest companies. While under his guidance, the company grew to a market share leadership position and he was recognized as an industry visionary.  

In addition to his responsibilities at MotivAction, Joe is on the Conference Advisory Board for the 2010 Motivation Show, participates in the Twin Cities CEO Roundtable, sits on the Solutran Advisory Board, and volunteers in several non-profit endeavors.
