Claudia Wilson
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Claudia began her career at Northwestern Meeting & Incentive Services, where she was ultimately promoted to Director of Operations. In 1987, she founded Claudia Wilson & Associates and served as its President. Claudia sold her company to Northwestern Incentive Services in 1994 and became President of the combined organizations. In 2004, the company was purchased by TQ3Navigant, which, in turn, was acquired by Carlson Marketing Worldwide in 2005.
Claudia led the integration of the TQ3Navigant and Carlson organizations. Claudia has received many awards for her leadership within the industry, and for her volunteer efforts outside the industry. She has served on several advisory boards including Hilton, Fairmont and Starwood Hotels, YMCA, and the Minnesota Academy of Science.
